3. Not HIPAA Covered

IMPORTANT: BloodBrother is NOT a HIPAA-covered entity. By uploading your health data, you acknowledge that your data is NOT protected under HIPAA regulations. We implement security measures, but your data does not have HIPAA-level protections.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The insights provided by BloodBrother are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

5. Pricing

BloodBrother operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Pricing is clearly displayed before each transaction. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This section outlines our practices regarding data collection, use, and protection.

Data Collection: We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and health data from uploaded reports. We also collect usage data, device information, and log data automatically when you use the Service.

Data Use: Your information is used to provide and improve the Service, process payments via Stripe, generate AI insights, and communicate with you.

Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers like Stripe for payment processing and AI providers (e.g., Claude API) for data extraction, under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Security: We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and you upload data at your own risk.

Your Rights: You can access, update, or delete your data by contacting us. For EU residents, we comply with GDPR requirements.
